Introducing Nate Crider, M.D.

Dr. Crider is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Medical School and is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. As a Physiatrist, he specializes in the nonsurgical management of musculoskeletal injuries, starting with a detailed physical examination looking for patterns of instability or weakness which can lead to dysfunctional movement and pain. The site of pain is not always the root cause of the pain, therefore a precise diagnosis is essential for a comprehensive treatment and a lasting outcome.

Dr. Crider specializes in all of the joints of the body including the spine and has successfully helped hundreds of patients return to normal activity. He has further training in Regenerative Medicine at the Centeno Schultz Clinic in Colorado and with the Interventional Orthopedics Foundation. In addition, he participated in the Hackett Hemwall Foundation’s annual service trip performing regenerative medicine in Honduras. Before joining Nura in 2018, he spent two years practicing Regenerative Medicine at the Regenexx location in Saint Cloud.

Medical interests include running injuries and gait analysis, diagnostic ultrasound, the aging athlete, hydrodissection therapies for nerve entrapment syndromes, and the treatment of arthritis and tendonitis with precise injections of Platelet Rich Plasma and Stem Cells.
